MOBILE APP

For many travellers a Mobile app is preferable to a physical card, paper, or browser. We have therefore created a Mobile app to make the travelling even smoother by enabling your travellers to handle all basic functions from their mobiles. 

 

All ticket and Travel Cards are stored in the app, so your traveller’s can use the Mobile app even in offline mode. This include tickets that are purchased via different channels such as Web, Kiosks etc. and are linked to same traveller’s profile. 

 

The app includes all basic features such as journey planning, book ticket, ticket overview, traffic notifications and settings. 

 

Various ticket types 

The app supports purchase of single tickets and whole journey with multiple route selections. 


Travel Cards 

The app can handle all Travel Cards that the travellers is subscribed to. The cards will appear in the app as virtual Travel Cards and can be selected at will when purchasing tickets or boarding a vehicle.  


Journey start 

An intuitive user experience is provided, with the app knowing the traveller’s current location and previous searched destinations. 


Notifications 

All traffic notifications are automatically updated in the Mobile app. Further will all notifications related to the traveller’s ticket, trips or subscriptions be shown as a push notification on the traveller’s mobile. 

 

White labelled 

The Mobile app is white labelled and can be adjusted to each operator, such as colour palates, logos, data and various functionalities. Support for multiple languages is embedded in the app, defaulting the traveller’s mobile language settings.
