Live updates will be displayed on the Web Portal, Travellers app and Info Screens. All updates are linked to the various trips and tickets. This gives the opportunity to update the tickets on the go, so your travelers always will be up to date with their journeys.

By constantly keeping your travelers up to date with their travel information will remove any frustrations etc. that might be encountered before the trip like arriving on time when the ferry is delayed or possible changes during a journey etc.

Registered travelers can subscribe to a specific route and get all updates automatically on the subscribed route sent to them as an app notification, SMS or email. This can be pretty handy for frequent travelers on specific routes, so they can be upfront with any changes and plan accordingly.
