All tickets are delivered in multiple formats. These formats are Web, Mobile, .pdf, terminal prints and electronic (stored on chip) version.

Tickets are very flexible because it is the same ticket system used for on-the-go tickets and pre-booked tickets.

One format does not exclude another format. If the ticket is available in one format as online on the Web, then it will also be available on the mobile application, .pdf downloadable document, terminal printed tickets and electronic versions such as on travel cards, wristband, key rings, stickers and other NFC enabled devices.

The tickets are dynamic which mean that they will react to any changes that might affect the trip. This will include any changes in times, changing of vehicle etc. Plus, any other updates and notifications that will be linked to the trip, vehicle or stop points. This will ensure that your travelers always are updated on all relevant matters for their trip and hence escape any unnecessary irritations that occur for your travelers.
